7-Day Trial Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. If more than seven (7) days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

First Exchange – Free

Your first exchange is completely free, provided it is requested for a size-related issue.

Second Exchange

To continue offering premium products at affordable prices, we maintain minimal profit margins. Therefore, a charge of ₹150 will apply for any second exchange request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• Returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

Refunds Will Not Be Processed In The Following Cases

A refund request will not be approved if:

• The product is returned after seven (7) days from the delivery date.
• The product has been used, worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
• The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Sale Products

Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance sales, or special discount events are not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, if you receive:

• A defective product
• A damaged product
• An incorrect size

we will be happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests are subject to stock and size availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please click on "Schedule an Exchange/Return" within seven (7) days of delivery and provide your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your request.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the returned package is received and verified.

Order Cancellation

Buyers may cancel their order at any time before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return policy will apply.
